Anxiety is a very disruptive condition and can increase during menopause. Dealing with bouts of overwhelm, depression, apprehension is difficult and it sometimes feels like there’s no way out, but one’s battle with anxiety doesn’t mean that it’s the end, there is a way to overcome it.
