Menopause is downright disruptive. Many women experience joint pains, hot flashes, muscle cramps, and in some occasions, arthritis and even autoimmune disorders for the first time in midlife and menopause. While menopause is the privilege of a long life, there are some challenges. And knowing how to address these challenges in a holistic and healthy way will make it much smoother sailing.
In today’s episode, I welcome Kelly Nentwich, a certified life coach and speaker. Kelly, like me, focuses on helping menopausal women fight through the challenges brought by the disruption of menopause. In this episode, we talk about the ways to fight autoimmune disorders, why managing what we eat affects our overall health, and the simple steps towards personal change and creating a quality life. Kelly also shares her personal experience with celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and how she overcame it.
So, tune in now and discover how you can heal from diseases and improve your life for the better.
